by Sarah Lawson
Thursday, July 10, 2008

A Saint Joseph man is convicted today of molesting his niece when she was only five years old.

Saint Joseph News Press reporter Jimmy Myers tells us 24-year-old Skylor Radmer was convicted on two counts of sodomy. Archives show the acts took place back in 2006, when the girl was only five.

The jury returned the verdict, and also recommended today that Radmer be sentenced to 180 years in prison. Radmer is scheduled for sentencing Sept. 8.

In a related case, Radmer's mother, Norma, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child by allowing him to have contact with the child.

Norma Radmer is expected to appear in court again next week.

It doesn't matter how long you give him, in prison when the other inmates find out his charge he won't make it more than a year!!!(CHECK INTO PROTECTIVE CUSTODY DUDE YOUR GOING TO NEED IT). As for the mother she shouldn't get no less than him she's just as guilty as him for allowing it to happen. Asfor the little girl I pray she can move past this and trust people and have a normal life, and see there are still good people in this world. She's in my prayers!!
