St. Joseph man charged with possession of child pornography
The Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department made an arrest in a child pornography case Tuesday.
Following an investigation, officers were issued a search warrant that led to the arrest of Chad Sears of St. Joseph, said Sgt. Shawn Collie.
Prosecutors charged Mr. Sears Wednesday with the possession of child pornography. He remains in the Buchanan County Jail where his bond has been set at $50,000.
