U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill will be making a couple of stops in Northwest Missouri this week.
The Missouri Democrat will participate in a Kitchen Table Talk Wednesday in Maryville. The event begins at 3 p.m. at the Nodaway County Senior Center, 1210 E. 1st St.
On Thursday, the senator will be in Chillicothe at 9 a.m. That event will be at the Litton Agri-Science Center, 10856 LIV-235, a short distance west of the high school.
Ms. McCaskill is traveling around the state during the congressional recess.
