What better sign of spring could there be than the ring of the ice cream man slowly making his way through a neighborhood? Like moths to a flame, Nylea Vanhoutan, Betsy Sosa and friends swarm to the side of Dave Baggs ice cream truck Thursday afternoon. With snow still on the ground, at least one parent commented that it seemed too early to be buying Bomb Pops and such, but Mr. Baggs says the truck is seeing decent business.
