And why would he receive a ticket? Your always amazed why citizens get a ticket for the same thing? Citizens are requirred to drive the speed limit, usually don't. You drive down the road using your cell phone, he drives exceeding the limit, listening to several police channels, watching for hazards. He was responding to a call, to help another person, remember, you call 911, he is 911. No he will not get a ticket. After the accident review board meets, he will loose 4-7 days pay, far more than any ticket you would get.
