Seriously, get a hobby if you have all this free time.
I'm glad this proposition didn't pass. After the sales tax increase was passed to further fund our dismal bus system, I was beginning to think that the people of St. Joseph actually liked to be taxed more. Good to see that I was wrong.

First the sales tax increase to fund the failing bus system and now this. How much more can they tax us?
